Problem is I'm only getting 10psi of boost max and thats only if I rings its neck to redline. Otherwise I'll see 5psi before i shift and it with take quite a while to get there. I have the MBC topped out. One end is running to the WG actuator and the other to a nipple in the J-pipe.

Any ideas???

Here what I'm working with:

Injen intake
turbo back exhaust
evo3 o2 housing
mbc and gauge
aftermarket bov
upper intercooler pipes
EVO3 16g
560cc injectors
rewired 255
3" GM MAF and translator
AFPR @42psi
AEM wideband

I had a similar problem at the shootout this year. Make sure your turbo bolts are tight. 3 of mine backed out completely and the last one was loose. Only the heatshield held them in. No matter how much I turned the boost up I couldnt get more than 10psi LOL until I found the problem and tightened them back up.

Check for a boost leak but Im pretty sure you have a bad turbo. check your compressor wheel. Its probably trashed. Does it sound wierd when it spools? check your intake pipes for any blocks. It might be that your turbo cant suck in air because of a clog. exhaust leak might do it as well.

Do as others suggested but also check your wastegate. It might not be sealing properly. Perhaps its something as simple as the cotter pin on the actuator arm fell off...

Good luck...
