Slotted front rotors?

Hey guys, my car has slotted front rotors. Are they stock on the 2g dsm or did the last guy do this? The rear brakes are NOT slotted.

Is there any braking benefit to slotted front rotors?

The last Guy had to Put Those on there...and must have forgotten about the back discs.....the slotted rotors on the front should improve your stopping power a little bit , and question, since you have a 95', is your rear Discs vented?

they are in fact, not vented at all.

the front are vented and slotted if it helps any.

Alright Just Checkin becuase a few 95' 2nd gen cars actually came with rear vented disc....if you would have had them it would have been Rare....but four wheel disc ,solid or vented, is alot better than rear drums like mine
