ok heres the deal.....if i just finished driving and ill pull into my driveway or if ill park somewhere for a little bit and i let it idle for over 5 min, there sounds like there is a little bit of misfiring coming from the exhaust, i can hear it go putt.........putt putt.......putt.....putt putt....

what could be causing this, i was maybe thinking coilpack????

check your spark plugs an wires, mine went bad i had arching on the wires and my car was doin the put put, got worse to the point of horrible idle back firing all that crap. to see if ur arching, at night start the car lift the hood and look at ur wires if u see and light coming off ur spark plug wires change em. DONT TOUCH THEM! LOL u wont be happy if u do

i have accel 8mm wires and ngk plugs that are almost new, im thinking coil pack

It's possible it's the coil - but I would think coil would cause more prominent problems than a crappy idle.
I had that problem after an engine swap - come to find out the engine came out of an auto, so I had to swap injectors and cams with my old engine. Runs great now.

Make a boost leak tester and do a test. I wouldn't replace the coilpack just because the idle has a slight popping.

boost leak???? no way, i just want my car to run a little bit better then it is, are accel 8mm wires good???? or should i get a bigger size say like a 8.5 mm or bigger, and are their any aftermarket performence coils that i could get
