slight exhaust problem? not sure( video attached!)

Actually sounds pretty normal from the speakers I have at work. Did it just start happening but never before?

sounds normal to me, when you let off the gas, less gasses being pushed through the exhaust so the pitch will change.

Yeah, it's always done it, even when the vehicle drove off the showroom floor. Just now the exhaust is louder so it is more audible. The noise you're hearing is just a result of the exhaust gasses being expelled slower at the manifold as compared to the rear section of your exhaust. Kind of creating a suction effect, for lack of better explanation.
