OK I'm new to dsm's still so don't get butthurt....is there a difference between the slave cylinder off a 6bolt tranny or 7 bolt tranny? I ask because when I bought my car it had a 6bolt swap in it, but I don't know if it's the 1g or 2g tranny...nor do I think the seller would have known, he was a F*CKING moron/lyin SOB. thanks for the help guys.

There is no such thing as a 6 bolt or 7 bolt tranny. It will be 1g or 2g, and awd or fwd. If your car runs and drives at all than it has a 2g transmission in it.

ok my bad, but you knew what I meant, 1g or 2g tranny, and it's a fwd....I just didn't know if the transmissions could go on either motor....
