any one out there with pics of there silver 1gs im thinking of painting mine silver and wanted to check out some pics first

I think the car was just repainted the factory colors. I'm not sure, you'd have to ask dsmtrance, it's his car.

Close too stock, but with a little more metallic flake.

I've got a silver 92 AWD Talon back home... the paint isn't perfect, but it still looks good, hides dirt really well too. I'm going to get it repainted the stock color (or as close to stock as possible) when I get back. I wish the stock rims didn't weigh so much... they look perfect with the silver. I think the best 1Gb color though is the Deep Green. That's what my 93 was, and that paint was flawless... simply gorgeous. I've never seen a 1G as clean as my first one was (because I bought it from a very effeminette ### guy that thought something had broken when I was test driving it and hit boost) the silver one is a frankenstein compared to that one.
