Side to Side shifter adjsutment. HELP!

Hey everybody. I have a 93 Eagle Talon non turbo. I can't seem to find 5th or reverse. It's been tough to find reverse, but now it's just not there. I tried using the VFAQ guide, but it wasn't very helpful. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance!

I can't seem to find it but jack's transmissions has a video on clutch adjustment. I'm not totally sure but to me it sounds like your clutch is dragging from what I've read on it.

But he does have a tutorial on his site on how to fix that

The shifter is really not that complex of a mechanism. Have you tried looking at it?

I looked over everything again and the shifter was fine. The problem was the linkage at the trans. It came unbolted. One bolt was sitting on top of the trans and the other was half out. After I tightened that up, it was perfect. Thanks for all the help though.
