Ok imma start a new thread cause i think my problem is a little different than other post.

My car runs and idle fine, perfect. Untill I am racing are really getting on it. Its even fine through the whole race. But soon as I stop after really getting on it the rpms drop and the car dies. Ive heard that it could be a flywheel thing cause I have a lith flywheel. Or the idle control valve........Let me know what you think.

Please help

you could try raising you idle a bit. This would give your ecu more time to compensate for the lightweight flywheel.

If that doesnt help then the problem has something to do with the a problem of not cutting back enough on the fuel on deceleration, i think that your cylinder is still getting flooded with fuel after you let off the pedal, this would cause no spark and the car to "die".
you can run a log and see what your engine is doing after you let off the accelerator, if you see that its still dumping excess fuel then theres your problem.
