Not something you bought on Ebay, I see too many ricers! I'm talking about your custom tails. If you have something that you belive nobody else has? Have you customized a set of Altezza's somehow? Stock Tails? EDM Tails? Clear Tails? LED Tails? Rear Fogs? Show them! I'm about to make a new set of LED Tails similar to the OEM EDM Tails.

But here are my two different setups I used to have that I made.

Sorry I have no more photos of these... I built them right before the '98 was seized, and sold them for a pretty nice price tag to someone who thought they were the *hit which helped me buy the '97. **Will make more if people are interested... They aren't cheap tho. PM For info!**

Saw some LED Tails on a Talon done here... and made something similar. It was just a mask job on some OEM Tails to give it more of a sporty look.

I know Dave! Thats why I custom build my own tails now, he was too much of an inspiration.

I'm sure if he see's this he'll be forced to post images or the video of his tails... I wont do it for him tho...

Dunno... but he has a green RS Eclipse 2gb, with FULL LED TAIL LIGHTS that dance pretty much in different sequences. Do a search on youtube for AZDAVE, LED Tails Eclipse... and other things like that... his setup is hot! And you'd shit yourself if you saw what he did to make them like that.

Yeah, he got me to start a few things... like I made my own Daytime Automatic Lights with a 30 second timer, using the 30 second ECU Ground that was installed on our cars for the Power Windows... very hot! I'm about to modify them so that only the High's come on, and then when I turn on the lights, the highs turn off, until I hit the High Beams!

It's not much but normal laser lights have one strip all along the bottom of the lights, not split up.

I'm still waiting for mine, I dunno whats the hold up! I know they aren't shipped yet... cause the guy would tell me when he shipped them and gave me info... and he hasn't even said a word to me since...

Nice. I've had mine for about a year now and I finally took the time to rewire them to the euro spec.

To have seperate blinkers? Told ya it wasn't hard... I rewired mine to UDM Spec about 6 months ago... I still haven't done the resistor to the ground to slow down the blinker... but I like the fast blinker. If you look at the first pic I posted, You can see I have silverstar Blinkers! Yummy....

Did you buy from MachV? Cause I dont want to pay 500 bucks for them. I guess this is what I get for going the cheap route and buying them used from Germany. Suposedly this hookup I got over in Germany has a few sets he wants to sell over here, also some Folding Mirrors. But I dunno what happend to him. Time to start browsing Ebay again!

Oh BTW, did you wire up the fog light? Could you take a photo at like sunset or in a dark spot what the tails look like lit up... Blinkers if you can grab it, and parking light, brake light, and the fog lights? If you have the fog lights hooked up. I was also supposed to get the Rear Fog switch also!

My Dad works for a German company and his business partner lives in Germany so I was able to get a set. My blinkers now blink fast but everything is working normal.

I've seen pictures of his car when he was at MOD and it doesn't look great in pictures because you can't capture the LED lights in affect and the pattern they are going. It would be great if he just posted up a 20 sec. clip or something.

By looking at my gallery, You can tell i love doing custom work to tail lights. Well i just completed my biggest one yet. I love how the honda preludes and honda civic si's tail lights are OEM and i want mine like that. Inspired by AZDave's LED tail lights i decided to do a full LED conversion. After an estimated 50-60 hours of labor, here they are: Let me know what you guys think.

The inside of these are fiberglassed and then i sodered in 108 LEDs, which are curcuit boards of course. I had to build a wall inside so it isnt a huge blur when turn signals are engaged. For more pictures of them hit up my gallery AND : http://mysite.verizon.net/happyday23 (click on 2006 Pics)
