should i tune after downpipe installation?

Just wondering...I have the apexi cat back on right now, and i am putting the downpipe in tomorrow. Is it nessesary to retune the car with my SAFC or no? Also what are the usuall gains with the downpipe? (I have 95GST B16G turbo)
What differences will i see with the downpipe?

from what i know....i wouldnt think so, it will just help your spoolup time.....the only time u really need to re-tune is when adding a fuel pump, different injectors, more boost....ect.....in my opinion no need to retune....good luck

one more thing...........if u do have a datalogger though, make a run and see what everything looks like.....if its all good, then your all good
