Can I wire my shift light into the cluster anywhere? Or do I need to run it to pin 21 on the ECU?

Can I use one of these for the RPM/Tach source?? (It's a standard shift light, 3 wires. Power, ground and RPM source)

EDIT: RESOLVED!

It works!

1. Tach wire
2. Ground
3. Power

Works like a charm!

Or can I tap into one of these?

Don't see why you could not. A signal is a signal, does not matter what part of the wire it's coming off of. Just test it with an ohm meter first to make sure it is just a straight wire.

It works! I updated the first post, you can wire it right on the cluster, which is awesome. Resolved!
