i have seen a lot of posts on installing a vortech sfmu but one question that I never found the answer to is the size of the fittings
are they AN or NPT.

The cartech fpr uses NPT fittings so it currently has 3/8" push on barbs for the fuel lines
the fuel rail has NPT threads for the test port/schraeder valve that is used for the return line

so can you use the same npt barbs that come with the hrc supplied cartech or do you have to switch everything over to AN and steel lines

does anyone know of push on AN fittings so i can at least use the same hose that i have now

Which size fittings do you need... for the Vortech or craptech, I mean cartech.

I used -4 and -6 AN fittings for my vortech. If your building a crazy fuel system setup you could go insane and all around larger hoses.

nothing crazy
i am just switching out the cartech for the vortech so i can go larger on my injectors
the current hardware is all npt and i know the vortech is AN
so i was looking for some push on AN fittings like the brass barbs i use on the cartech

something like this is exactly what i need to make the install as easy as possible as long as they are AN
