Quoting ChrisHaha I didn't mess with them. Screw in the vacuum port, bleed valve closed, nothing in the boost port. Seems to be functioning just fine...?

If I am remembering correctly then Vortech's manual said that the boost port is just to slightly tweak the rising rate. So without it your rising rate will just be set to w/e the size of the disc is.
but it's all escaping somehow. I assumed I blew an IC pipe or coupler off, but the weird part is that everything is still connected securely... I'll look into whatever it is, but honestly I haven't cared much about the car the past couple weeks,
just bought an 07 GSXR 600It was running good though before right?yup that's how mine is. still wondering exactly what the boost and vacuum screws do...
the car isn't running too smooth over all, and just today something weird happened - practically no power, I can tell i'm not getting any boost. Turbo hiss sounds amazingbut it's all escaping somehow. I assumed I blew an IC pipe or coupler off, but the weird part is that everything is still connected securely... This is the reason everyone needs a wideband,.
And thats not a very good reason to not care about the car. Even though thats pretty sweet. No offense, just being honest.
Im going to look at my vortech manual and ill post up exactly what it says.
Well it sounds like the MBC is what screwed things up, not the sfmu. So I would say to everyone just to set up the sfmu like Chris has it (its been stated earlier in the thread).yeah the car was running great before, very strong, on just the 15psi wastegate spring.
I decided to get an MBC and switch back to the old 7psi spring. set the boost only at like 10 or 12 psi just to see how well the mbc controlled the boost, and to see if it helped my spool like some claim. That's when it started acting weird, like a little jumpy at full boost. But I've only driven it like twice with the MBC and lower boost because i've been busy riding the bike. then I just had no boost pressure today. That's it's own issue though, probably escaping around a coupler or something.
haha the bike doesn't mean i don't care about the car anymore, but it is very exciting and more fun since i just got it.
