Sensors Not Getting Power No 12v Or 5v Reference

I blew a fuse and from the radio wires cause they were cut and now my ecu don't work I hooked up the data logger and the ecu has no communication with the engine I have checked the fuses under dash and in engine bay, are there anymore fuses that I don't know about that would cause my power loss to ther sensors thank you for your help

The MPI control relay provides power to the ECU so make sure it's working and it's 20A fusable link is ok.
