no spark or power going to sensors!!!

hey, i am not getting any spark or power to any sensors, i can hear a clicking at the main fuse block and thats it. any ideas???

Is your batt dead?

Does the check engine light come come on and then go off when you cycle key to on.

no my battery is fine. this is kinda the end of a project car and i had to get a wiring harness for it, and right now i dont have the wires going to the instrument panel so i cant see any codes...i know my ecu works though.
