Seal for the hatch...

I've noticed after about a week in bad weather I can lift up my now warped floor board, and see a good puddle of water in the bottom (takes about 15 swaps with a 16 oz. cup to get rid of it) Where can I get a new seal done on the hatch? at the same time where can I get a new floor board, its about had it, in fact now when I drive it just rattles all over the place.

Leaks could be from a loose sunroof drain, bad window gasket, bad hatch seal, around the spoiler bolts, the flow-through vent on the passenger side, or from around the rear wiper.

I think only the dealer has seals.
