so should I put this on or is there any chance of this thing falling apart on me and killing my motor??

well put it this way... if your turbo says "turbocharger" on it... you've most likely got an eBay one :)

Yea, Im pretty sure that any respectable turbo production company kinda should assume you know what a turbocharger is... BUT im sure there was ONE person out there that was like "Ohh, so thats what this is"

Honestly, Id use it for a while. Untill I could find a proper turbo that is. Make sure it has no shaft play (in and out OR up and down) and slap that thing on there.

:tease: at the guy who found out what his turbocharger was!

I wondered why I couldn't find who the turbo came from on the housing..Most I see have Greddy or HKS on them....so what would be a good sized turbo to go with that can handle up to 300-400HP?

It's an eBay Chinese knockoff of a Hahn Super 20G. Check out results for the 20G if you want ideas on what airflow / HP this thing could make, but keep in mind there's a good chance you'll destroy this turbo if you push it.

Might last anywhere from 5 minutes to 50,000 miles....so it's pretty much like anything made by PTE. ROFL

Closer, but still not up to par. Mitsubishi never made the TD06-SL2 turbine, so this turbo contains some non-Genuine parts. It's also being discontinued by FP, so there's a chance you may not be able to buy things like turbine wheels in the coming years in case it were to fail.

Why not buy a MHI Evo III 16G? They're tough as nails and make more than enough airflow for 95% of DSMers.

can you guys provide some links??? I've tried doing a search but coming up with squat...maybe I'm doing it wrong...
