ok i got a sbr g60-1 turbo (kinetic t60) on my car and my car was starting to smoke so i checked the turbo and it had side to side shaft play not rubbing yet but it had in in out shaft play about 2mm or more. iv looked all over and cant find a rebuild kit, can i us a garret rebuild kit or something? i dont have cash to take it to a shop so how can i fix this its my only turbo

ok so that will work. does it have to be a certian size or just to4e sorry new to the turbo stuff

would it be 270 thrust bearings or 360? or can u send me a link for the kit i need to buy cause i dont want to buy the wrong thing

do i need the Garrett T3 Basic Rebuilt Kit, Garrett T3 Complete Rebuild Kit or
Garrett T3-T4 Hybrid Rebuild Kit ?

Just T04E. Although if there's as much in/out play as you're describing, there's a good chance the compressor wheel rubbed the housing and the turbo isn't worth repairing. This job really should be in the hands of a professional.

360. DON'T use a 270* thrust system in that turbo or you'll be right back where you are now in a couple months.

T3/T4 to make sure you get all of the correct parts. The popular T04E's that are used on our cars are almost all T3/T4 hybrid turbos.
