EDM count the flashes with the long inbetween flashes being spaces. its goes 1,3--4--3--4--3-5-5(end)so it goes 13,43(twice #cyclinder)and 55 end.

^Really go look under your dash(drivers side by center console) and you should have a OBD2 scanner hookup.

2g Eclipses are OBD-II. Although the government mandate wasn't until 1996, Mitsubishi implemented the OBD-II standard in all 2g cars.
12 is the fault code indicating a power failure to the ECU and 55 signals the end of codes.
