Umm I think menards.. It came as a 20 foot roll..It's the stuff you use for garden trimming and such..But I think I'm going to get the 16-18 foot roll of the rubber stuff instead of the plastic, it might not be so wavy..

I seen one on a thread on talk but the guy did not install it right or even try and it looks like crap on a
2ga but I am going to try to do it right.

Should know that if your car is clean enough, and not that many miles...You can put it up for sale locally..There has to be some high school kid looking for an eclipse with a wing on it..No offense...

Then get the other grand or whatever from your parents, or get a loan..I mean you work right? You should be able to afford a treat for yourself..

How close are you to Ft Collins? I can probly get you a job at grease monkey, I know the manager..

Should know i have a job. I work at Kum and Go, is it worth it to fix it? can i find a cheap clutch? and how hard is it to fix a clutch?:sosad:

You have a front wheel drive car.. It's going to be really easy..Basically unbolt axles, loosen all mounting bolts on tranny..Tip the tranny down, or completley remove from car...Take of clutch and flywheel..Install new clutch, and allign.. Put back together...

We just did a clutch on my buddy's fwd celica a couple weeks ago...He got a stage 2 clutch off ebay, it came from Japan,For around 170$..

You mize well upgrade to stage 1 or 2, since those clutches are actually cheaper than OEM clutches most of the time..Or like 30$ more, which isn't bad..You will actually like driving your car more with an aftermarket clutch...I hate driving stick myself..But sometimes when we take the celica I drive because It's fun to drive a 5spd with aftermarket clutch...

Did you see my new lip?

Conifer doing your clutch is pretty easy alot of unbolting rusted/stuck bolts. You would need a friend to help with the tranny. The clutch should run you around 100.00 to 125.00 oem while the stage 2 go upwards 220.00(centerforce)..

^^Should know, that I like his new avatar. Should also know, I have bad news, my clutch went out today. I have had bad luck all week. =[ I want a 2g turbo, but they start at 2500.xx for a good one on craigslist.com

Sorry to hear the bad news. By the looks of your ride, it should be well worth fixing. Clutches don't last forever. :thumb:
