You don't have to quit drinking coke. I go through maybe a 12 pack of soda in 2 months. I hate soda it makes you gain weight. So that's why I Don't drink much soda. Any way cut down on your soda intake, start working out, I did, Hell I just got done.

Just got done working out.

Well i do suffer from my blood sugar level going down so i'll have a soda here and there only for the purpose of my problem, otherwise i will only be drinking water and milk for calcium.

Keeping yourself hydrated is always the biggest challange. Start eating oatmeal, bread, stuff like that. It will keep your blood sugar high enough so you wont need MT DEW.

I think they are doing me wrong on my pay.
I asked my trainer he looked and told me it was correct but this
lady that started with me is going to get what they first told me $9.00hr
so I was like the one of the two guys that hired me told me it was $9.00hr that I would get paid and the other told me $8.20. So he looked at my paper work and told me it would be $8.20hr and I said I thought they pay more for over night he was like the base pay is $7.20hr so I was like are you sure he said yea look at your paper work. So I asked the lady if she had experience and she said no so now I am upset about my pay.
