Breaking jacks since 1996...What broke? Is it a hydralic jack? That means that fluid makes the jack go up and down, just like how your brakes work..I know a bit about hydralics, whats the problem??

I need a new one, I also was haveing a hard time trying
to figure where to lift the car from so I could put the jack stands.
