Sorry, but it won't work without a significant amount of cash.

In fact, it won't work for the same reasons one generally cannot swap a 4g63 into a 420A car. The motor mounts are different, the drivetrain is different, the ECU and harness are different, etc. With the money you spend swapping the two, you could buy a new Eclipse rs or even another Spyder.
