Should know that we are trying to figure out how BW's "stock" shifter sits so low and clean. Should check the Shift Knob Showoff thread in the Appearance section for more information.

All of those shifters seem ridiculously tall to me. It is hard to tell also because some aftermarket shifters actually make it taller, same with some shift knobs. But clearly all of the pics posted have OEM shift knobs.

Yes, but I doubt all of us telling you that it is not stock height (and as of right now, no offense, is everyone), and we all agree that the above is stock height. Something is up here. I wonder if there was some sort of package offered by the dealer?

The reason we are trying to figure it out, is because I think most of us agree, that the height you have looks better and we would love to know how it was accomplished without hacking up the shifter and hoping you weld straight enough .

Should know I will look into it. Looking at that brochure again I see that it is not looking stock height anymore. I will try to get out there and look again sometime this weekend.

Is going to LOVE that feeling when he first starts it.

knows he's inocorrect haha. Otherwise they wouldnt have only been made 1 year.

Is incorrect because they were made for two years. 97-98. The fact that you hardly ever see them makes them even more cool.
