Any corresponding 2/3 plug tcu will swap into said bad2/3 plug tcu car.Shifting is based on throttle position,not the tcu entirely.

Shift box,chipped tcu, is the way to go Plus you can squeeze about 4 more mpgs out of a gallon of gas.Not that anyone cares.
