Knows I like it when you start from scratch, when you're trying to repair or fiddle with it then it sucks.

Knows I like to do it my way, which is the best way.

Should know I approve of that.

Is in the blue.

Knows I finally worked on the DSM today, no more squeaky Squeaky from the belts.

When I had put the Crankshaft Pulley on after replacing the head gasket, I didn't get it seated down all the way. This was mostly due to the bolt I removed being stripped from the numbnuts that used to own the motor. I replaced the bolt, but didn't want to strip it out. When I saw it didn't line up, I took an oversize socket and a sledge hammer and tapped it a few times, torqued it down and no more Squeaky Squeaky.

Next week I'll change out the Coolant and Oil to see if the Head Gasket took, wish me luck. The oil is running clean, but it had a lot of water in it when I changed it out last year. The car has been sitting since then.

Knows I didn't set one up, too much life was happening at the time. But it's good to be back to it.

Keep in mind, stock RS DD. I do have the following left after I can make it legal again and smog it.:
-polyurethane bushings
-inner/outer tie rods
-Front Bearing sets

Still need:
-tires
-Better than "GS" rear sway bar I put in a few years ago.

Knows I'm really happy that he's been working on his car. Hope to see pics of it back on the road!!

Should know not all of us have your budget.

Should know one can never leave a DSM stock plus you're never gonna find a good one for less than a grand. Only old beat up ones that'll cost a lot to fix up.

Has a fixer upper.

Should know I bought mine in minty shape.
