The us population. This whole thing reeks of no motive to me. Three bombs, two targets? A marathon in boston, which has no national media attention except locally. Then a local library? And to top it off dhs rescue dog units just happened to be in the area on a training op? Doesn't seem kosher. If I was going to bomb something id make it count, like the mit campus. Not some running marathon and a library
