Knows I agree with Kreez, laptops are too slow. But dang handy at times.

-It's kinda hard to bring the desktop on a roadtrip.

Should know I have a laptop but its been took apart to replace the back light by my wife but she never figured it out and let it stay apart for a year, so i guess I'm going to try to fix it for her.

edit I was late and laptops arent always slow depending on what ones ya buy. Id fix it for ya if you were alittle closer

Knows I have an HP Pavillion Tx1000 the video card went out on. There are videos on U-tube talking about the resetting of the chip by heating it up with a heat lamp, but this is suppose to be a temporary fix. They say this is common with HP products with Nvidea chips.

Knows that is a common issue which is why i wont buy HP laptops with the Nvidia video ATI all the way Im a fan of Toshiba laptops never had a problem with them.

Should know the laptop is a toshiba and I think she bought the back light for it but never figured out how to replace it.

Should know I have an old Compaq laptop with Windows XP. It's pretty ancient, but works great for ECMlink.

Should know I have an Acer. Shitty brand name, but I got HDMI out, 6GB ram, and 500 GB hard drive at a price I couldn't pass up.

Should know it shouldn't take much to put the back light in sir. The laptop i picked up is a really nice gateway has bluetooth and everything on it so basically 45 dollars for it I cant pass it up.

Should tell me if a back light inverter is the same as the back light because that's what she replaced.

Should know I just need to figure out what back light to buy.

Should know I got my toshiba laptop back todat form staples.. They even cleaned the hell out of it..

Ohh and I had my dissability doctor today..He said If I lived in iowa I would have it for sure..but he doesn't know how wisconsin works..

I don't feel that I can work, that's why I applied for dissability..
