Should know, I had a phone interview with a big company, and of course had almost no worthwhile questions to them crazy questions.....

1. Name a time you helped a customer and went out of your way which made the customer happy and stuff.
2. Name a time time, when you had to learn something quickly, that didn't involve training or etc, but was required by the employer?

SO sad.... My gf is going to be so upset...

Should know I've been out of work becuse I became disabled..MY dissability will get decided here this month..Tok my a whle just to apply for it tho, cause I didn't want to deal with doctors and the government..But my girl finlly taked me into it..So I have my fingers crossed..

Should know my g/f applied to Chilis and they asked her "would you steal a pen from work", she said "yes." Another question was "if you overcharged a customer by one cent, would you run to go catch them in the parking lot?" She said "no".

Needless to say, she doesn't work at Chilis. I guess she thought they were looking for honesty.
