The question I have is that I just installed a Reman T/B its Larger than stock,
After I Installed I reboost checked and No leaks. Now since this was a shell I had
to Install the sas screw and my Old Tps.
I performed the sas adjustment in Service manual Turned all the way out
and Turned in 1 1/4 turns then adjusted the cable, Then I adjusted the TPS
with the Feeler gauge and Meter. The problem Im having with that screw only 1 1/4 turns in Its hunting to stay running when I turn the screw in more the idle smooths out
but in turn screws up Tps adjustment. That 1 1/4 turn seems to not enough to me when comparing to old T/B. Any one else experience this problem?

You turn the screw until it just starts touching the throttle cable holder thingy (don't remember what it is called.) Then you do the 1 1/4 turn.

Well I got it. I adjusted that sas screw to the Idle I wanted and then I adjusted the TPS, then I adjusted the BISS. I guess the problem I was having when you turn the screw in to the throttle arm and then 1 1/4 turn more was not enough because then you could not adjust the tps because there was not enough range of motion in the TPS to set it.
Yea 1 Problem down 400 more to go.
