No you don't have to pay.

I think the hardest part about organizing a meet is finding a place where we won't get kicked out or pulled over. If someone can find a place, people will come out. Sunday nights seem to work best for most of us.

haha nah bro...most meets are free. the ones i've been to at least are. we just hang out, chill and check out each other rides. we should all set one up here though ### i've never been to one in san jose.
