I was wondering If anybody thinks that I could get away without a tune on my lil 420a if im running such a small shot? The kit is intened for cars with stock internals and yes my car has stock internals with 105,000 miles.

the kit is said to add like 15-30 HP

Not sure where your going to get jets small enough to get away with a 15 shot (and it's worthless going smaller then a "35hp" shot, in my opinion), but yes, you could get away with it. Make sure you get a wet kit, and a wide band to watch your A/F ratio's.

yep I got full bolt ons, The reason why I wanna make my car a lil bit faster is because I wanna beat my friends pontiac g6, I can hang with it but not beat it and with the safe shot kit hopefully im able to beat him. The kit already comes with custom made jets to run such low spray and its made for people who dont wanna spend like 1,000 to 1,500 on bolt ons when you can get the safe shot kit and get the same power which is estimated to be 15-35 hp and only spend 300 bucks.
