SAFCII wiring woes?? Diff. ECU??

Alight, first off let me say hey to everybody this will be my first post here, I am currently assembling my friends new 6bolt 4g63 for his car, while along with the internal work, we are installing a new EVOIII 16g with ported housing and upgraded flapper, and the fuel system to go with it, we will be tuning the car for now with a maft translator and an SAFCII, now i know this isnt the ideal way to tune but its all he wants to do until he gets his aem unit, we have a wideband and logger so we should be ok on that end, but while wiring the SAFC today i ran into a strange problem, the book says what ecu should be in the car, but its not the same, the car had a jspec 4g63 put in the car by noyan motors, i was told it came out of a truck with a topmount intercooler. The ecu only uses 3 plugs and has had a little wiring done to one harness plug, the safc book says its supposed to have 4. it looks more like a galant ecu that the eclipse, but i need some help on wiring this now, or what cars diagram to use, but heres some pics of the ecu with numbers and all, by the way its a 95 gst.

That ECU is from a Mitsubishi RVR SUV sporting a turbocharged 4G63. It will not work in your DSM.

how will it not work in the car, it ran great on it for 6 months im just trying to wire in the safc to it, i take it i cant??

just because it "worked" doesnt mean it was running right....i would definately suggest changing ECU's before moving onto any more mods...

And how exactly did it run "great" when your car's wiring harness has 4 plugs and this ECU has only three? Don't tell me you think some of those wires are unecessary.
