Ecu woes

Ok so it seems every time I fix something on my car some thing else breaks.
Case in point, I just got a new clutch and flywheel. Now my ecu is throwing a code for "ecu has been unplugged in the last 50 key turns".

The facts about the car
CAI
Spec 3 clutch
Unorthodox light weight flywheel

Do I need to reflash my ecu, or wipe the code off, or get a new ecu

Any help is greatly appriecated

It sounds to me like one of a few possiblities either a pcm issue (which is unlikely) or a bad connection somewhere. Is there any drivability issues? Also check the main pcm power relay i beleive on your car would be inside the car on the passenger side of the center pillar by your feet next to the pcm.

I found out it was my Ex's boyfriend he cut and re-taped my top plug on my ecu

I hear ya man, but you're supposed to be sneaky about it.
Plus, anyone that's with my ex and isn't cool to me, is going to get what's coming to them.
Just give him a little reminder who the boss is. The Lady doesn't have to know.
