First, I just want to say that I know that this information has probably already been discussed and is out there somewhere, but after searching and finding mixed results, I'm trying to find the way to really do this.

First off, here is a list of all of my current modifications:

HKS super sequential BOV--
K&N Filter--
Injen Intake--
IC piping--
N1 downpipe and cat-back--
SAFC--
1g Throttle Body--
Trans Lab Shift Kit--
IPT End Clutch Kit--
19,000 GVW Transmission Cooler--
MHI Evo 3 16g w/porting and 34mm flapper--
FIC 650 cc injectors--
Brian Crower 272 cams--
Walbro 255 lph hp fuel pump--
NGK Powerdex AFX Wideband--

What I need to know is, when I tune my car with the safc, for say the 1000 rpm point on low throttle... At idle, am I supposed to tune for around 14.7? Because when my car is in drive, and I tune the 1000 rpm for 14.7, when I put the car in park, the A/F goes lean (16.00 ^). Is this ok? Is the tuning supposed to be done with a load on the engine? Or can I do most of my low throttle settings by free revving?

Also, what exactly am I tuning for at say...idle. Is it supposed to be 14.7? What about when boost hits? Someone told me at about the 2000-3000 rpm mark it should not be 14.7 even on the low throttle, but that I should richen it up? And for high throttle, I am trying to tune for 11.0. But once I get it to 11.0, with the boost at about 12, what happens when I want to tune it for 20 psi? Do I just slowly raise the boost while slowly correcting A/F? And then just look on the logger and make sure I am not pulling timing? Anyways, can anyone chime in with some advice on anything I just asked?

One thing I had a hard time understanding on those tuning guides, is the author failed to mention when they say "add" or "subtract" a few percent if that means adding a few more negative percent, or taking away a few negative percent and going closer to zero.

Also, another thing is that I haven't seen any guides that have a good baseline for the ne-points on an safc2, which has 12... most of the guides have the ne-points for an safc1.

Sorry if this didn't sound completely understandable... but I do think the guides we have are outdated, and if I were better at tuning or I had done it on my own car already, I would do a write up using the new safc2 AND being very clear and concise about what needs to be changed and in which direction... I think simply saying "add some more fuel for that load point" can confuse the newbs and it should be more clear than that.
