SAFC vs SAFC2

Are the plugs on the SAFC and SAFC2 the same? Meaning could I plug an SAFC2 into my SAFC harness?

Some punk broke in my car and stole my SAFC so I need to replace it, I found a good deal on a SAFC2 just not sure if I can use my SAFC harness.

I was told the safc II has a couple extra wires.
Because my safc II did not have the harness when I bought it off ebay.
For ref. I counted 11 wires on my plug.

The number of wires used are the same.

The safc 2 has more features.... like for instance more RPM points for a finer adjustment.

Otherwise it's the same deal.

the wires used is the same yes but the safc 1 plug is a 10 wire plug and the safc2 plug is an 11 wire plug. you will have to pull the wire and just put the same color from the safc2 harness where you take the wires off from the safc1.
