safc & safc II

i searched and couldn't find a simple answer.
i've read on vfaq on how to wire up a safc on a 1g
i was wondering is it the same wiring diagram for a safc II.

If i remember correctly, the safc II has an updated look and better and more points to adjust fuel. SAFC II is definitely the better of the two. Newer models are normally better for functionability.

thanks. i prep the wire last night since i had nothing else better to do . by a show how did you guys wire it up. did you solder it or just wrap around and put electrical tape on it .

Get some scotchloc wire taps. Makes things loads easier and the nice thing is its 100% reversible. You dont have to cut wires to take it out if you ever sold the car or the safc.

Even if you get wiretaps you have to cut the MAF wire and rewire it to the pink and orange ones from the SAFC.
