Safc II

I wired a SAFC II into the ECU harness of my '92 GVR4 according to the wiring diagram in the manual. Then went through the initialization procedure. When I was done, I began going through the monitor screens and noticed that the SAFC display showed exactly 1/2 the value of the engine RPM - when compared to the car's tach. I went through the initialization again to make sure that I had set the number of cylinders to 4, which I had. I looked at the engine RPM screen again and it still reads 1/2 the actual RPM. What's up with that?

set the number f cylinders to 2 and it will read the right rpm, thats how mine is done.
