Is there a decent turn out at any of these meets? I'm shootin for the meet on the 21st but I'm just wondering if these have even been supported. I know they ar weekly and Sacramento probably has the highest DSM ratio out of any other city, so I was wonder what the out look on it is...

are you on the sac forums?

www.sacramento-dsm.com

i went to one, and it was a good 20 dsmers there, along with some evos, 3kGT's, and a few other nice cars. im also a regular on the sac-dsm site.

Yeah I'm on there to. Same S/N I just don't post much. Just got ahold of Mannys 1G. so now not only am I in the Sac-DSM game but I'm in it with probably the fastest car that the site had known (at least for a 1G) Too bad it is back to near stock right now so I can pass smog..

I've been to a couple meets out there.

It wasn't really worth the gas+drive to just stand around in a parking lot with a bunch of strangers. It seems like there is some sort of segregation out there as well, as 1g guys hang in a group, the 2g guys hang in another group, and the 3kgt guys hang in another group.

I spent about 2 hours driving in the round trip for basically nothing.

The Stockton dsm meets were WAAY better IMHO.

I'll probably go to a SAC-DSM meet when the weather gets better and theres a better turn out.

That's the one that'll work. I've never made one of the get togethers, but I only recently added the 16g setup and then I was deployed from Travis AFB. Once I get back next month, I'll get out to the track or a meet with my new setup:)

I go all the time,i haven't gone since mid december dough,(too cold). The winter seems to have shaken everybody cause we were lucky to get 5 dsms in december. There was more 3si then dsms. Then i went the next weekend and there was more civics(3) then dsms WTF .So i took a break now.I might head out next weekend to see if it's changed, but till it does, I'm not gonna attend very weekend.BTW the white 1g was the fast sac dsm with 402 whp,he bought the black one later.Unless he transplanted that engine into the 1gb,cause i know he gave away the rolling shell to the 402 whp 1ga.I hope it has better turn outs in the near future.Good luck with mannies car,i saw it after he had just bought it and it was nice.

LoL, thanks. Nah, I've left it on for a good three weeks now. :sneaky: Installing a V-Trim this week. I'll try to hit the meet up this weekend.
