2G S90 - TPS voltage way off on install

Yes it's a 2G TPS

It's also something you can emulate in DSMLink. This is why I've asked you for what TPS you're using in post #7 and for a current log yesterday so I can see if it's a setup issue, a wiring issue, or something that broke.

When I take the log do you want the TPS on and hooked up and the motor running?

It might show more data that way, running, but yes, it needs to have the TPS connected at least and for you to try pushing the pedal down and letting up so the throttle closes.

I hope I'm giving you enough information for you to understand what I'm trying to help you figure out. That is, why is your TPS output behaving the way it is, and if your surging is caused by the ECU thinking the IPS is still closed.
