Has anyone had any problems installing a S256? I got it installed and I can't get the passenger side top corner to seal on the exhaust mani. It does not look like it is hitting anything but I can't get it to marry up right. Any suggestions. I am stuck. I read some other threads and it looks as if I am the only one having trouble maybe I am just not doing something right.

Also is it smart to tap the recirc line on the BOV for my MBC? If not where should I tap?

Alright I replaced the gasket with another and copper coated it and still leaking. What in the hell is making it leak? I noticed that one of the studs was in further than the others, could that be the problem? I don't know how but I'm in need of some advice.

I just called it that since the problem came up while installing the new turbo. Didn't mean to be misleading.

Alright I got the exhaust leak fixed.... I used the stock gasket and one from Auto Zone and copper coated both of them and no more leak. But now I have an oil leak from my new Slowboy oil drain line. I think I just need to cut it down some more and that should fix that.

One question though, when I cranked the car it is running like s!@#. Since I had the battery disconnected for a month would my settings on my ECU+ reset? It is acting like it running really rich. Also there was smoke coming out of the tail pipe after I turned the car off. What could that be? Is it just the oil and grease from my hands burning off or is there a problem?

1 more thing... Can I tap into my BOV recirc line for my MBC? There is no outlet on the compressor housing.

What about tapping the lower IC piping just past the housing? That will prob be easier and work just as well, right?
