okay, i'm posting my problem in here cause i think i've found my problem...

so i drove my car in the morning, ran great, then in the afternoon it wouldn't rev past 2.5k or so. I pulled the mas code so replaced the mas, and replaced any boost leaks, to no avail. i finally brought it to a shop (not a tuner shop) and they said the mas signal was being lost through the s-afc. when they wired the mas directly to the ecu, it ran fine, but when they hooked it back up to the s-afc it ran bad again.

i'm really confused, apexi said it was posable the safc was bad...what do you guys think

Solder all your afc wires together...never use quick connectors.

okay, the mas signal goes to the s-afc and i modify the signal to change the a/f ratio and send it back to the ecu. the shop said the signal going in volts or whatever(don't know electronics that well) and coming out almost had no signal. i double check connections and there good. i did a sensor check with the afc and it said in-1 was at .020 V and in-2 was at .005V. thinking i need a new afc cause what else could be the problem??? WTF

I know you've probably checked this but make sure the SAFC is on Karmen and 4cyl.
