s-afc adjustment not affecting fuel trims

My low fuel trim seems to constantly go up to 118% and not move from there. Also, my hi fuel trim seems to rise to about 108% and not drop, despite what I do with my AFC. What could be causing this?

Could you perhaps give us a list of your fuel modifications?
Injector size
Fuel pump
VPC? (If you own one)
FPR (if you bought an aftermarket one).
