RX-7 Rims with Big Brakes????

Well here it is I found a BAER Big Brake Kit for $400 and my soon to be wheel set-up is the RX-7 rim. The rotors are 13" and as we all know the RX-7 rims are 16" but will I have clearance for the brakes. If not are there big brakes that work for 16" rims. I would like to use EVO 8 brakes if all else fails or maybe i will just have to settle for the 1gB big brakes upgrade and i know the 3k VR4 brakes wont work. Any help is appreciated.
