Ottawa,
I've got a few rusted bolts holding the bumper to the frame rails that just won't budge. I tried WD-40, PB Blaster, hitting them, chiseling them, impact gun and nothing. It's getting to the point where the corners are starting to round off.
Before I drill them I thought maybe I should try torching them. My concern is all the chemicals I put on there. Don't want the thing to go up in flames. What can I do to make sure that does happen? Skip this step and go straight to drilling?
