Rust on body....how to get rid of??

i have a white 91 gsx. there is rust on the edges fo my doors and around my wheels a little bit. i was wondering how i should go about getting it off or where i should bring it and how much you think it would cost. ( i live in Connecticut) thanks.

You'll probably have to grind off the rust hopefully its just surface rust, Then you should sand it till its smooth and feather edge over onto the good paint so that when you spray new paint it will blend and not stand out as much. Then go over the area with a water resistance body filler and then you'll have to sand that until smooth checking for high and low spots.
