runs of of power at WOT?

well, heres my story... the car runs fine.. but as soon as give it WOT.. it will build full boost.. no spiking, or falling off.. and it seems like it runs out of power.. just as soon as it build full boost.. if i 1/2 the gas, the car is fine? no matter what psi i set it on.. it will do it everytime? the only mods the car has is a test pipe and muffler.. but it did it before those mods also.. could it have something to do with spark plugs? PLEASE HELP!

its not my clutch.. he rpms go fine.. it just loosings all it's power

nothing... just as soon as full boost builds... blah.. no more power.. and i can barly take my foot off the gas and it will pick up and go?
