Just wondering if there's a checklist for fixing this problem?

It's been going on for so long that the cat is clogged LOL.
 
O2 sensor, MAF sensor, coolant temp sensor, needing to be tuned, fuel psi regulator faulty. Just a few ideas. Try searching, there's a ton of info on this condition.

its funny i have the same exact problem at wot at idle the car is lean

i changed the fuel filter and spark plugs

if you have no foult codes i realy recomand you do a full tune up and change the fuel pressure regulator its like 60$ new maybe that will make a diffrence
