Ok here is everything the scanner gave me
in Park and in Drive

ST FTRIM12 0.0-0.8, same
Now I know what everyone is gunna tell me about the TPS but thats where it stays at the lowest idle, adjusted fully counter clockwise. i thought i should still get a value out of it though. just put in a new coolant temp sensor passed a bost leak test, just rebuilt the throttle body
