Rre/spearco Ic Questions

RRE sells a Spearco IC that is # 2-221. It is more expensive than other spearco's RRE has listed due to the number of cooling rows the core has. Has anyone here used the RRE spearco 2-221 IC? What turbo were you running with it? Doesanyone know spearco's web site? Thanks much, Mark

Great chart there on Spearco IC's sourpatch. i found the info encouraging and confusing. I thought the 2-216 was the bar by which other spearco's were measured. It will support 530HP and fows 790 CFM and it's specs are 28" x 10.5" x 3.5".
I am buying a spearce model # 2-221. The chart showed it is capable of supporting 760HP and fows 1080 CFM. It's size is 18.5" x 6" x 3.5" so it is much smaller than the 2-216 yet much more capable. i do know that it has more cooling tubes than many other spearco's and that must be the difference.
Anyone have anything to add? Thanks again sourpatch! Mark

I had one, sold it because it was too small. I think you gain alot of flow at the sacrafice of some cooling.
